Production Schedule
This is the default working view.
It lists all the production steps that fall within the period ~4 weeks prior to the current date up to 16 weeks forward.
The information is grouped by product and workstations with multiple batches shown on the same horizontal row.
Using appropriate controls single or multiple batches can be moved time wise on the graph. As each process is moved the new calculated start time is shown at the top left corner of the bar chart (above commit button).
On using the commit button any processes that have been moved will be saved into the modifications database table.
- Clicking on any process block and dragging moves the whole batch by the same amount.
- Holding Control key while clicking and dragging will move just that process.
- Holding the Shift key while clicking and dragging will move that process and all processes that follow in the production schedule for that batch
- Holding the Left Alt key while clicking and dragging will move all the batches for that product by the same amount.
Opening the Workstation or Product controls panel reveals the checkboxes controlling visibility on the bar chart. Tick a box to hide that workstation or product from the screen.
Tip: You can use the Toggle all checkbox to quickly invert the setting. e.g. if you want just 2 showing tick the ones you want and then Toggle All to invert the settings so they are the only ones now unticked.
Filter By Workstations
Expand the Workstation control with the bar chart/production schedule showing. Click the workstations you want (note they will initially disappear) and then click on the Filter by workstations menu. The page will refresh with just the workstations you selected showing.
Overdate Table
Produces an on screen view of all the production steps that begin over 1 month prior to the current date. This is shown as a table.
Export Overdate
This exports the data from the Overdate table into a downloadable spreadsheet.
Previous Iterations
This shows all the changes grouped by the sessions that changes were made. The update code and update time fields are only use to differentiate the data and have not impact on the final exported data.
You can delete a previous iteration and it will revert back to the previous change impacting that process or back to the original base data if there are no other previous iterations.
